These terms cover use of clubthrottle.com. Club Throttle sells original apparel when live checkout is open. Today the shop is open for browsing, sizing, and design notes. No payment is taken on this site yet.

Products

Garment facts come from manufacturer or provider data. A product page is not a promise that checkout is open. Print-on-demand shirts are made after payment, so production starts only when a live paid order exists.

Suggestions

Sending a design idea does not transfer a duty to print it and does not make you a collaborator unless we say so in writing.

Intellectual property

The Club Throttle mark is an existing brand identity. Do not send other people's marks. We will not print manufacturer logos or club insignia we do not own.
